National
Librarian's Day is celebrated in the school on August 12. Due to holiday (second saturday) in this year, I wish all the students and staff on the occasion of Librarian's Day. We should read daily at least 20 minutes as per our interest.
The School Book Week is also celebrated in the month of August and
the National Librarian's Day is celebrated during the Book Week Celebrations.
Various programmes are organised in the School introducing Dr. S R Ranganathan and his Five Laws of Library Science.
Promotional activities for inculcating reading habit are also organised during
this period.
The Library also organise Book Exhibition and various competitions
for the students in connection with Book Week
