Library Report

                As the main motto of Library is to inculcate the reading habit among students & staff and to provide referential help to the institution to achieve the goal of institution i.e. over all development of the child. So the following services are carried out to achieve the goal as per library policy.

1. Library Committee: - library committee meeting is held on the last working day of each month to enhance the valuable services of library. All the important issues discussed on that day.
2. Library Automation: -  Library automation work has been completed to manage library in a better way. All the books have been categorized and classified with the help of library software i.e. e-granthalaya. This library is fully automated.
3. Career Counseling Services: - Career counseling services is providing to the students with the help of PPT and newspaper/ magazines cuttings. A career counseling board is fixed in library and latest information displayed on that.
4. Books Review System: - Students and staff are motivated to write book review after taking a book from library.  For the help of students a book review format given to the students.
5. Book Exhibition: - Book exhibition conducted every year to reduce the gap between books and users and to motivate the students to read books.
6. Book Club: - A book club has been formed with the help of some students. The main motto of book club is to provide maximum books in minimum cost to every member of book club. It is another exercise to inculcate reading habits among students.
7. Quiz Programme: - Quiz programme conducted among students to inculcate interest in reading. A theme given to the students at least 2-3 days before and a students prepare some questions on the based of given theme then quiz conducted in library period. quizes conducted through library Blog also.
8. Periodical Services: - Library provides latest magazine and newspapers to the students and staff when they come in library.
9. Display of New Arrivals: - A list of new arrivals is displayed on the board and library blog also so that users may come to know about latest books.
10.  Circulation System:- In circulation system, users can issued the books from the library so that they can read books at their home and as per library policy they will return the issued books after 7 days (students) & 14 days (staff).
11.  Project-- Know your Heros : - Theme of this project is to motivate students to read biographies of national heros like Subhash Chandra Bose, Jawahar Lal Nehru, APJ Abdul Kalam, Kalpana Chawla, Malala, Sardar patel, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Indian presidents & Priministers, Inidan famous womens, Heros of kargil, etc. Book covers attractively displayed in library and talk about that book in library period. Students motivated to issue that books.  Expected outcome of this project is to inculcate values/moral among the personality of students. 
12.  Class Library :- As per library policy some books issued to the concern class teacher so that the students of primary classes can enjoy the reading of books in their library period.
