केन्द्रीय  विद्यालय रायवाला में दिनांक १ फ़रवरी   २०१७  कों बसंत पंचमी  का आयोजन किया गया जिसमे काफी बच्चों ने बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया | इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के प्राचार्य श्री बख्ते मुनीम ने सभी को इस दिवस के महत्व के बारे में बताया | इस अवसर पर बच्चों को पुस्तकें प्रदान की गई |
